I agree that people can sometime over-complicate the process, but there can be some big differences between insurance carriers’ homeowners insurance policies. Auto coverage tends to be pretty similar from one company to the next, but the differences between home insurance coverages are often substantial. I recommend finding the right homeowners policy and then having the auto insurance follow the home.

Great information Doug! Although so-called “pricing adjustors” have been around for a long time, as you have pointed out in your video, Fannie Mae has taken them to the next stratosphere. Just when you thought having great income and great credit would make the loan process easier, Fannie Mae found a way to make it more challenging! Good information for your clients to be aware of….
